Colorado experiences all types of weather at all times of the year, but one little known fact is that Colorado actually has more sunny days than Florida!
You will usually find snow from October to April, the mountains receive more snow and it sticks around a bit longer. In the summer months, it can get pretty hot causing thunderstorms and hail to develop. And given the desert land make-up of Colorado, the air is typically dry. Important to keep in mind though, is that at any given time of the year you can experience a range of temperature in the course of day.
All seasons of the year are good times to visit Colorado as the diverse landscape always has something to offer. Depending on the adventures you hope to embark on though different times of the year will better suit your itinerary.
