Rachel Herman
Chief of Staff
I am from Terenure in Dublin, and I have been working in Adams & Butler for the last 10 years. My role in Adams & Butler is Chief of Staff. Before I started with Adams & Butler, I worked in my family’s auctioneering business. I have lived and worked in Spain, Canada and Australia (where I did a skydive over the Whitsunday Islands!!) and when I am not working, I love to socialise and travel whether it be a weekend away in my holiday home in the west of Ireland, or exploring new sunny destinations further a field with family & friends.
Giovana Polla
Business Development Manager
I’ve been part of Adams & Butler for over a decade, and during that time I’ve had the privilege of helping shape our strategy, strengthen key partnerships, enhance our internal systems, and support team training. I particularly enjoy handling last-minute enquiries and unique, challenging requests — they keep every day interesting!
Originally from Brazil, I spent my adolescence in Quebec, Canada, before returning home to earn a degree in Tourism and Hospitality. My career began in Scotland, where I worked across the hospitality sector in reception, reservations, revenue, and management roles. I later completed an MBA at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, which deepened my passion for business strategy and international travel.
In 2014, I returned to Brazil for the World Cup, where I met my future husband. A few months later, we moved to Ireland, which has been home ever since.
Travel and culture remain a big part of my life, my six-year-old has already visited 15 countries! I love meeting new people, exploring new places, and finding creative ways to deliver unforgettable experiences for our clients.
Eileen Cordero
Tours Manager
Originally from Venezuela, moved to Italy at the age of 18 with my parents. During my time in Italy, I discovered my passion for foreign countries and cultures while studying languages. I have been immersed in the tourism industry ever since. After several years working aboard cruise ships, I decided to settle in Dublin.
My extensive experience in the tourism industry, combined with the numerous travels, has made me meticulous in travel planning and deeply knowledgeable about different cultures. I have a particular love for the landscapes, history, and culture of Ireland and Scotland, which continue to inspire me in both my professional and personal life.

My yearning for worldly exploration has been bred within me given the multicultural family, which finds roots in Ireland, Morocco and Kenya. Having worked within the travel trade since sixteen years of age, I have visited over forty-five countries and even lived abroad in Canada and Berlin. I relish in discovering uncommon, exceptional and noteworthy experiences for all my clients, and consider this capability the most rewarding aspect of my job. When not globetrotting, I can be found enjoying delicious food and wine or attending festivals and sporting events. All who have the pleasure of working with me comment on my impeccable social skills, sense of professionalism, and ability to please people.
Jonathon Byrne
Luxury Private Travel Specialist
Initially in Adams & Butler I oversaw exclusive-use rentals of castles and country estates - one of my first clients was Taylor Swift, who rented Luttrelstown Castle in Dublin! I have travelled in the USA - loved Natchez & New Orleans - and all over Europe, South America, Morocco, South Africa and Botswana, and spent 24 months exploring Southeast Asia before joining Google for a few years. Now back in A&B, travel is my passion and I love meeting and engaging with real people and discovering new cultures when abroad. Even when on a budget in Asia, I always relished good street food and tasting regional cuisines with the locals – so I am a bit of a foodie. My other joy is wildlife, as I am a nature buff at heart. What is better than sipping a G&T in the bush at night listening to the sound of lions roaring in the distance? Designing the perfect travel experience for clients is my new passion and making sure that they too have those unforgettable lifelong memories with friends and loved ones that they will cherish.
Marc Richardson
Professional Photographer
Marc Richardson is a photographic professional. Marc has had the privilege, the access, and the passion to capture moments in time that may never exist again. Born into a celebrated New Orleans family of musicians, Marc launched his journey into the world of photography two decades ago with special access to both emerging artists and legends of the industry. In Africa, Marc takes advantage of the abundance of extraordinary wildlife photographic opportunities, but he’s also passionate about preserving the disappearing African tribes and their culture in powerful photographs.
Whether an iconic musician, a stunning landscape, breathtaking wildlife or meaningful portraits of nearly lost cultures, Marc’s goal is to capture that moment that transports you to that exact moment in time. His quest is for that image that captures the very essence of what it was like to be there at that time, allowing someone else to experience that same incredible moment.

I am Adams & Butler's newest member of staff, joining earlier this year. I was born in Brazil and studied Tourism & Leisure. After graduating, I embarked on an adventure to Ireland in 2016, where I fell in love with the opportunity to improve my English and explore Europe. I returned to Brazil in 2017, always thinking about going back to Ireland. Finally, in 2022, I made the move and have been living in the grey Dublin, but very green Ireland ever since. I share a home with my sister, who has lived in Ireland for over 12 years, bringing a touch of home into my daily life. I love traveling and discovering new cultures. For me, visiting a country where you don’t speak the language is the key to stepping out of your comfort zone.

Carl Bradford
Private Travel Designer Assistant & Administrator
From Belfast, I relocated to Dublin in April 2025 and began working at Adams & Butler after having worked in hotels for the previous 3 ½ years. Before that, I studied International Travel and Tourism Management at third-level education and undertook a 5-month work-based learning placement in Leuven, Belgium, the best months of my life to date! I am a keen traveller who mostly prefers to visit smaller, lesser-known destinations (such as Liechtenstein which I visited in August 2024) and my eagerness to travel stems from my time abroad and binge-watching travel videos during the pandemic. I am also an avid football (soccer), rugby and Formula 1 fan and can often be found scouring the internet trying to combine sports tickets with well-priced flights!
Sive Molumby
Private Travel Designer Assistant & Administrator
Having grown up in the sunny southeast Killiney, County Dublin, I’ve always had an urge to explore new places—especially those with a bit more sunshine than Ireland! I graduated from TU Dublin 2022 Bachelors in Tourism Management, where I developed a strong understanding of destinations, marketing and management. This sparked my passion for travel and discovering new cultures around the world.
Since then, I have worked in an Irish luxury department store, I had the opportunity to meet and build relationships with people from all over the world—sharing advice about must-see spots in Ireland and learning from their experiences. This has given me the skills and knowledge that clients at Adams and Butler expect a five-star experience when they work with us as we are the expertise in this field.
I’m particularly drawn to destinations that are off the beaten track where the landscape and ancient ruins tell the history of a place, and the natural ingredients shape the local cuisine. Where I can immerse myself fully in the language, history and culture.
My favorite places to visit are Greece, South Africa and Edinburgh.
Outside of travel, my second greatest passion is music—you’ll often find me at concerts, musicals, or festivals. One of my bucket-list trips to go glamping at Glastonbury!

Born in Santiago, Chile, I grew up between continents — from Argentina and Israel to Mexico — as part of a family of diplomats. By the age of fourteen, I had already visited twenty countries, developing a lifelong curiosity for diverse cultures and hidden destinations.
My background as a journalist, along with fluency in English, French, Spanish, and Hebrew, naturally led me into the world of high-end travel. Over the years, I’ve designed and guided bespoke experiences for distinguished guests, including business leaders, former presidents, and international artists such as Sade, whose artistry continues to inspire me.
In 2025, I moved to Dublin with my family and our cat Bianca, and since then I haven’t stopped exploring England, Scotland and Ireland, my new home.
I am passionate about crafting detail-oriented trips, sharing knowledge about different places, and building meaningful connections with people from all over the world. I love immersing myself in local traditions, discovering regional cuisines, and enjoying the beauty of nature.
