Medina Palms – a luxury five star property located on 7 acres of prime seafront land with its own private beach area, and leading onto the powder white sands and crystal clear waters of Watamu Beach in the protected Watamu Marine National Park.

Medina Palms’ architecture follows the lines of a Moroccan medina with a waterway running through the entire property from the entrance and down towards the ocean. Accommodation is in a choice of 1 or 2 bedroomed suites, 2-bedroomed Penthouses, 3-bedroomed Ocean Lodges and 4-bedroom Ocean Villas – all of which have separate living areas, kitchens and verandas. Penthouses, Ocean Lodges and Beach Villas also have private rooftop terraces with plunge pools.

On site guest facilities include Amandina a’ la carte restaurant, a tapas bar, a tree-top star lounge, and a shady coffee garden. The property also offers our Sakina Ocean Spa with 4 treatment rooms and an aqua spa treatment room, a fitness centre and our popular Medina Children’s Club.

Activities on offer include paddle boarding, scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing and deep sea sport fishing (tag and release) as well as a kite surfing, sunset dhow cruises, dolphin spotting and safaris to Tsavo East National Park.
