The Singular Santiago – Adams & Butler

Iconic Hotels

The Singular Santiago opened in 2014 in the Lastarria neighborhood of Chile’s capital, developed by the Sahli family — the same Chilean ownership behind The Singular Patagonia in Puerto Natales — merging a distinctly modern hotel aesthetic with the architectural character of one of Santiago’s most storied districts. The boutique hotel occupies a beautiful 20th-century-style building that sits in harmony with the surrounding Lastarria neighborhood, where neoclassical and Art Deco elements give it an almost bohemian character. Its 62 spacious rooms and suites reflect this heritage through rich woods, subtle color schemes, and sleek desks, most with views over the Santiago skyline. On the ninth-floor rooftop, a pool and bar offer sweeping vistas of Cerro San Cristóbal and the city skyline. The Singular Wellness Spa features a hydro-massage room, sauna, steam bath, and relaxation area. On the culinary front, the Singular Restaurant presents a menu rooted in Chilean terroir and elevated with French technique. The hotel is positioned minutes from Santiago’s leading music halls, art galleries, and artisan dining establishments, placing guests at the center of the city’s most dynamic cultural quarter. The Singular Santiago is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, reflecting its commitment to the highest standards of luxury, service, and design.
