Enjoy the benefits of exclusivity, privacy and tranquility in this uniquely and tastefully decorated Georgian manor house. Exclusive group rental is possible with options for both full service or discreet staff presence. It accommodates up to 18 guests as a fully-catered, exclusive private rental.
The property can be rented exclusively and staffed with a private chef, a private driver, daily housekeeping and a property manager on call.
Accommodation
Waterfront House offers eight comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all designed with a mix of contemporary and antique furniture. Super king, four poster, and twin singles offer a variety of sleeping arrangements.
Each guest room has views of either the Atlantic and the Slieve Mish mountain range or our landscaped gardens. Crisp Egyptian cotton sheets, goose feather duvets, firm King Koil mattresses, optional weighted blankets or hypoallergenic bedding are all available to ensure a restful night. The rooms have still and sparkling water also tea & coffee-making facilities. A dedicated screening room with complimentary Netflix and a large selection of classic movies and box sets.
Both the Library and the Marble Room have open fires, window seats and binoculars to spot the seals and herons in the bay. The property has Wi-Fi in all the bedrooms and Samsung tablets and laptops available for guest use.
