Limavady House is a brand new renovation of an old primary school situated in the glorious countryside in Northern Ireland, sitting just under Binevenagh Mountain in an area of outstanding natural beauty while being easily accessible (20 mins to Derry Airport, 1hr10 mins to Beflast. The primary school was built in the 1950s and ceased to operate as a school around 10 years ago and had fallen into disrepair. It has been lovingly restored over the last 2 years and now offers a luxurious and unique accommodation.

The property has 4 ensuite bedrooms plus a "suite" which consists of a kingsize bedroom, a twin bed room and a family bathroom with bath and shower.
