There is a sign posted walk from Ardmore village to The Rock Of Cashel in Co Tipperary known as Saint Declan’s Way. It is a pilgrim walking route linking the two towns. In turn, it is the way that Pilgrims have taken to visit Saint Declan’s monastery, holy well and grave in Ardmore for the past one and a half thousand years.
The Village is located close to the city of Waterford, as well as the stunning towns Dungarvan and Youghal, giving you easy access to some of Ireland’s most beautiful locations. The village of Ardmore is also situated close to a Gaeltacht (Irish Speaking) area in West Waterford.
